This was a commission for a book that was not completed. I pictured rose petals, representing God’s love, being scattered across the earth.

Strangely, a large group of raptors flew single file past my window while I was working on it. Afterwards, I learned that there had been a massive tsunami in Indonesia at that same time. I had chosen to represent the Indonesian/Indian ocean portion of the globe in this illustration. “God works in mysterious ways, his wonders to perform!”
